Tanner Roark’s daughter wrote out the Nationals’ lineup

Thursday April 28th, 2016

A bunch of Washington Nationals players participated in Take Your Child to Work Day on Thursday, which means they brought a gang of germ-infested tiny humans to the ballpark.

Amid the fun and games, pitcher Tanner Roark’s daughter Madison wrote out the team’s starting lineup for the Nats’ Twitter account.

Hmm, sorry if I’m not impressed. Why does every name trail off toward the bottom of the page? Why are some of the letters lowercase while others are uppercase?

And excuse me, are those hearts? THERE ARE NO HEARTS IN BASEBALL, KID. Maybe Tanner and Madison need to spend less time in the clubhouse and more time in the schoolhouse.

Drake LaRoche didn’t die for this.
