Rob Gronkowski is the newest Madden cover athlete and with that comes some concern about the much talked about “Madden Curse,” which some believe dooms whoever appears on the front of the game to injury the following season.

The tight end thinks the curse is gone though, and cited the last few cover stars to prove it while on Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday night. Gronk went on to admit that while the curse does not have him shaking in his cleats, he is concerned about paranormal activity.

Gronk also talked about slowing down his partying ways for the season and his steamy GQ shoot with SI Swimsuit cover girl Hailey Clauson.
