The Penguins keep misspelling ‘defensemen’

The Pittsburgh Penguins have one glaring weakness as they enter the Stanley Cup Final: their spelling.

The lineup card provided to the media before last week’s Game 7 against the Lightning had just one tiny problem, written in bold type and all caps: DEFENSMEN.

Surely they added the missing E before the first game of the Final, right?

Oof.

Still, if the biggest problem with the Pens is their spelling and the number one issue for the Sharks is their soccer playing, this should be a pretty good series.
