The star forward committed to play for the Golden State Warriors, Lil B’s favorite team, the Bay Area artist decided he would lift the hex and allow Durant to win a title. Lil B’s previous demand all these years was that Durant play him in a game of 21 for the curse to be lifted.

Let the record show—the curse was placed on May 26, 2011 after Durant called Lil B “wack,” and lifted on July 4, 2016. This is truly Independence Day.

Well, that should clear the way for Durant to succeed. As for James Harden and D’Angelo Russell, who are still cursed, they better consider making amends.
