Watch: Jon Stewart makes his WWE return at SummerSlam

One year after his first SummerSlam appearance, Jon Stewart returned.

For the second year in a row, WWE SummerSlam is in Brooklyn. And for the second year in a row, Jon Stewart is getting in on the action. 

Stewart dropped by SummerSlam 2015 to level John Cena with a chair and help former rival Seth Rollins. 

This year, he returned to start a beef with Stephanie McMahon.

Naturally, later in the show, Stewart returned to the ring later in the night. And he referenced last year’s chair incident, of course.

He also became the newest member of The New Day and celebrated their big win, but not before getting manhandled by The Club.
