DK Metcalf Must Take Drug Test After Showing Out at NBA All-Star Celebrity Game

Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf put together a dominant showing during the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game on Friday night, earning MVP honors. But maybe he was too impressive. 

We say that because Metcalf posted a picture on his Instagram story on Sunday that shows a text message appearing to ask him to take a random drug test. 

“This is Brian Keller on behalf of the NFL you’ve been selected for a PES policy collection tomorrow,” the text read. 

It may just be a coincidence he received the text after recording 20 points, 10 rebounds, four blocks and several athletic dunks. 

Metcalf stands 6’4” and weighs in at 235 pounds. Already known to be an athletic outlier, no one should be surprised by his basketball skill or that he was named MVP of the game after leading Team Dwyane Wade to the 81–78 victory. 

But it looks as if the NFL isn’t taking any chances.
