The Denver Nuggets took a commanding 2–0 series lead over Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns on Monday with a 97–87 victory at home that was once again powered by their star, Nikola Jokić, who finished with 39 points, 16 rebounds and five assists.

The reigning two-time NBA MVP has been his usual unstoppable force so far in the postseason and now has the Nuggets two wins away from a trip to the Western Conference finals.
