Cardinals Lost to Marlins on Such an Embarrassing Error by Their Pitcher, And MLB Fans Had Jokes

In this story:
The Miami Marlins beat the St. Louis Cardinals, 10-9, on Wednesday night with one of the more bizarre walk-off wins you’ll ever see.
In case you missed it, Marlins shortstop Joey Wendle hit a grounder back to the pitcher with two runners on and one out in a one-run game. St. Louis’ Jordan Hicks fielded the ball cleanly and threw it to first to try to get the easy out.
The only problem? Hicks threw it a mile over the first baseman’s head and the ball got so far away from everyone that two Marlins runners were able make it all the way to home to end the game in dramatic fashion.

I love how much the Cardinals truly suck this year. A major bright spot across baseball that isn’t getting enough attention. https://t.co/OTiCzL38kn
