Fans Urge Cowboys To Protect Micah Parsons After Minor Injury at Training Camp

In this story:
As word spread on social media that Cowboys star pass rusher Micah Parsons was forced to exit practice with an apparent leg injury, fans waited with bated breath.
The two-time Pro Bowler, after going down on Tuesday at training camp in Oxnard, Calif., was seen limping after practice.
However, despite his lower left leg being wrapped he told Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News after practice: “It’s just something that happened to me, it’s football. … I’m not worried about it.”
Parsons, who has accumulated 26 1/2 sacks in just 33 NFL games, is clearly one of the most important players on the Cowboys roster.
But despite the positive update from Parsons himself, some fans apparently want the Cowboys to be more careful with their defensive star. Here’s a sampling of humorous observations from social media:
Please bubble wrap this guy till week 1 https://t.co/iiB9TSSoxK
