In this story:
Team USA took down Greece 109–81 in their FIBA World Cup game on Monday, but that win didn’t come without a hilarious Anthony Edwards moment.
The Timberwolves forward was attempting free throws during the third quarter when all of a sudden, a fan in the Manila, Philippines crowd shouted at Edwards to mess up his mojo.
Luckily for Team USA, the heckling didn’t mess Edwards up as he made the basket.
In return, Edwards shouted even louder back at the fan to prove a point. The crowd began laughing at how wild the whole sequence was. Take a look at what happened below.
It was definitely a moment that fan will probably never forget.
Team USA’s record moved to 2–0 to push them to the second round pool play, which begins on Wednesday. The team is set to play Jordan. Their first win came against New Zealand, as they won 99–72.
