Exaggerator won the 141st running of the Preakness Stakes on Saturday at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore. Cherry Wine came in second, and odds-on favorite and Kentucky Derby winner Nyquist finished third

Nyquist looked to win the second leg of the Triple Crown and move one step closer to becoming the second Triple Crown winner in as many years. Seattle Slew and Affirmed won back-to-back Triple Crowns in 1977 and 1978, the only time it's happened. American Pharoah completed the feat in 2015, the first Triple Crown since Affirmed.

Exaggerator went off at 3-1, second to Nyquist's 3-5 in the field of 11.
