President Trump Rips ESPN Ratings, Jemele Hill
President Donald Trump weighed in on ESPN's latest controversy, commenting on the network's ratings while taking a shot at suspended sportscaster Jemele Hill.
Hill was suspended by ESPN for two weeks after tweets she made that violated the company's social media guidelines.
Hill tweeted about Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones and his comments about making players stand for the national anthem.
Hill, an employee of ESPN since 2006, instead suggested that fans who disagreed with Jones’s stance should boycott advertisers of the Cowboys.

"With Jemele Hill at the mike, it is no wonder ESPN ratings have "tanked," in fact, tanked so badly it is the talk of the industry!" Trump tweeted Tuesday morning.
Last month, the White House said that Hill should be fired for calling Trump a "white supremacist" on Twitter.
ESPN did not punish Hill at that time, and Hill did not apologize. She did say that the Twitter posts “painted ESPN in an unfair light."
