The Cardinals don't expect catcher Yadier Molina to be suspended for pushing an umpire in Friday's Game 1 NLDS win vs. the Dodgers, according to Derrick Goold of The St. Louis Dispatch.

Molina appeared to shove plate umpire Jerry Meals when officials attempted to break up a confrontation between Molina and Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez. The fight ended up clearing the benches and the Cardinals won the game 10-9.

Typically, a player who pushes an umpire is subject to a fine or a suspension. The league hasn't announced any action but MLB and the Cardinals will review what was said between the players.

Game 2 in Los Angeles is Saturday night.
