Watch: Indians win on inside-the-park walk-off home run

The Indians defeated the Blue Jays after a thrilling comeback in the bottom of the ninth.

In front of local hero LeBron James, Tyler Naquin hit a walk-off inside-the-park home run to give the Indians a 3–2 win over the Blue Jays on Friday.

King James was in attendance to cheer on his fellow Cleveland athletes, and the Indians delivered a win with a dramatic flair.

Toronto led 2–1 headed into the bottom of the ninth, then put Cleveland on the ropes by retiring the first batter of the inning. But a Jose Ramirez home run tied the game at two, before Naquin knocked a hit to right-center for his inside-the-park winner.

The win was Cleveland’s 70th of the season. The Indians exited Friday in first place in the AL Central, while the Blue Jays maintain a slim division lead in the AL East.
