The Atlanta Braves brought the big bats with them to Kansas City, scoring nineteen runs over the first two games of the series against the Royals.

Looking for the sweep, which would be their third of the season, here's how the Braves will line up for Sunday's finale:

As we hinted at in our Sean Murphy focus this morning, Atlanta's giving him a day off from behind the plate. He'll DH with veteran Chadwick Tromp doing the catching - Tromp was recalled to Atlanta when Travis d'Arnaud went on the 7-day concussion IL. d'Arnaud has no projected timetable for return - he reportedly hasn't resumed baseball activities yet as the Braves are cautious with him due to his past concussion history (this is the 4th confirmed concussion of his career). Sam Hilliard rotates in at centerfield for Eli White, and seems to be the preferred option during Michael Harris II's absence, while Eddie Rosario plays left field and bats 5th.

Starting for the Braves is Kyle Wright. The righty had a slow start to the season due to offseason shoulder soreness and is still rounding into midseason form, having been tagged for four runs in three innings against the Reds on April 11th. Wright threw 75 pitches, only 44 for strikes, and walked four batters while hitting two others and striking out three. Wright's never faced the Royals in his career.

Opposing Wright and the Braves is veteran Zack Greinke. He's 0-3 on the season, having pitched 16.1 innings to a 3.31 ERA with 11 strikeouts to only 3 walks, but only getting two total runs in support in the games he's pitched in. Greinke is 4-1 against the Braves in his career with a 2.75 ERA and 77 strikeouts in 72 innings, but he also hasn't faced Atlanta since 2019.

First pitch for the series finale is at 2:10 ET. The game broadcast, with Voice of the Braves Brandon Gaudin, is available inside Braves Country on Bally Sports South, and is available on MLB.TV outside of the broadcast area. The radio call, with Ben Ingram, is available locally on 680 AM/93.7 FM The Fan or outside the Atlanta market on the Atlanta Braves Radio Network or MLB.com.
