DETROIT - Indians starter Corey Kluber has been the workhorse of the Indians rotation winning 10 of his last 14 starts, and if there's one player the team is counting on in the postseason, it's their ace pitcher.

Monday night the Tribe hurler's start was cut short, as the team started their final four game series of the season in Detroit against the rival Tigers.

Kluber left the game after just four innings with what the team announced as 'right groin tightness.'

The Indians were leading it 4-2 when Kluber left, with the only two Tigers runs coming from a two-run homer from J.D. Martinez.

Kluber on the night threw 60 pitches total, walking one, striking out three and giving up five hits.

More on the Kluber injury following the game.
