Yankees Masahiro Tanaka struck in the head by line drive ball
Yankees' right hander Masahiro Tanaka was hit in the head with a line drive during a simulation game at the team’s first practice of Summer camp Saturday.

Giancarlo Stanton hit a line drive that hit Tanaka on the head, the pitcher immediately falling to the ground. The Yankees training staff rushed to the field, as the pitcher was motionless on the mound for several minutes. He later was helped off the field, walking off along with two trainers steadying him on either side.
