UFC's International Stars
Gabriel Gonzaga
Gonzaga's high-kick knockout of Mirko Cro Cop is among UFC's most memorable moments. Next up for the big Brazilian is a heavyweight title shot against Randy "The Natural" Couture.
Georges St. Pierre
The French-Canadian St. Pierre looked unstoppable after his victory over Matt Hughes last November, but lost momentum his next fight when he was upset by Matt Serra. St. Pierre's next enters the cage against Josh Koscheck at UFC 74.
Martin Kampmann
Kampmann (left) spent the early portion of his career fighting in Europe. He signed with the US-based World Fighting Alliance in 2006 before joining the UFC. Following three impressive UFC wins, Kampmann is a top middleweight contender.
Mirko Cro Cop
Cro Cop was brought into the UFC amidst great fanfare, but his tenure with the organization has been disappointing. Cro Cop will look to rebound against Cheick Kongo at UFC 75 in September.
Anderson Silva
Silva, the UFC Middleweight Champion, has quickly disposed of all four of his UFC opponents. His striking ability is world class and his improving ground attack has helped neutralize opponents.
Karo Parisyan
The judo specialist Parisyan (right) was born in Armenia, but his family immigrated to the United States when he was a child. He is now considered one of the top welterweights in the world.
Yushin Okami
Okami is a powerful wrestler with a wealth of international experience. After winning his first four UFC fights, Okami suffered a setback in his most recent bout against Rich Franklin.
Andrei Arlovski
Arlovski utilized his sambo and kickboxing ability to win the UFC Heavyweight Title. Following a pair of setbacks against Tim Sylvia last year, Arlovski is looking to reestablish himself in a more loaded UFC heavyweight division.
Michael Bisping
Bisping has become one of UFC's biggest European stars since his stint on The Ultimate Fighter. For his next fight, Bisping will be taking on his rival from that show, Matt Hamill.
Cheick Kongo
Kongo is a throwback to the era when MMA fighters would have one specific strength. Kongo is a fearsome striker, but his ground ability is a major question mark. At UFC 75, he has an intriguing fight scheduled against another devastating striker, Mirko Cro Cop.
