2014 NBA draft: Start time, TV coverage and live stream

The NBA draft, where a team's fortunes can change overnight, has its share of intrigue at the top of the board this year. There is no consensus No. 1 prospect. The Cleveland Cavaliers hold the top pick, but there are rumors the team could trade the selection.
The Philadelphia 76ers lead the league with seven picks in the draft, while the Milwaukee Bucks, Minnesota Timberwolves and Phoenix Suns have four picks each.
