A hobbled Chris Paul hit a buzzer-beating three-pointer to put the Los Angeles Clippers ahead 79–78 at the end of the third quarter of Saturday's Game 7 against the San Antonio Spurs.

Paul, who appeared to tweak his hamstring in the first quarter, returned to the game with a strong effort over the second and third quarters. With the long three, Paul had 18 points entering the fourth quarter.

The Clippers and Spurs traded wins over the past four games of the opening-round series, leading to Saturday night's Game 7 in San Antonio. The winner will face the Houston Rockets in the next round of the Western Conference playoffs.
