One day after reports placed Knicks star Carmelo Anthony and Cavaliers forward Kevin Love at the center of a blockbuster three-team trade, LeBron James did his best to squash the rumor by calling it “false.”

Later on Saturday, Anthony tried to lay the rumor to rest himself during an interview with SiriusXM NBA Radio.

“There’s always some trade s--- going. I don’t pay attention to those rumors.” he said. “I’m not going anywhere.”

Anthony has a no-trade clause in his contract and would have to waive it in order to relocate before the league’s Feb. 18 trade deadline.

The rumored trade would send Anthony to the Cavaliers, Love to the Celtics and a package to New York including center Timofey Mozgov and draft picks.
