Just days after being questioned about unfollowing the Cleveland Cavaliers on Twitter, small forward LeBron James is poking fun at the media for examining his every move.

In a Vine, James eats a banana while pretending to be a member of the press.

“Why are you eating a banana, LeBron?” James says. “Does that mean you’re going to slip on a banana peel out of Cleveland?”

Well played.

James was not in a joking mood on Monday following Cleveland’s 124–92 win over the Nuggets. James refused to answer a question about unfollowing his own team and then abruptly ended the post-game interview.

James reportedly unfollowed the account in order to focus on preparing for the playoffs.

The Cavaliers currently sit in first place in the Eastern Conference. The team is set to play the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday.
