Raptors Acquire Kelly Olynyk in Four-Player Trade From Jazz, per Report

In this story:
The Toronto Raptors have acquired center Kelly Olynyk from the Utah Jazz in a four-player trade hours ahead of Thursday’s NBA trade deadline, according to a report from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Olynyk, who was one of the premier names on the trade block, is part of a package that includes guard Ochai Agbaji heading to the Raptors in exchange for point guard Kira Lewis, wing Otto Porter and a 2024 first-round pick.
The 2024 first-round pick heading to the Jazz will be the least favorable of the Thunder, Clippers, Rockets and Jazz picks that the Raptors own.

This is the second trade the Jazz have made in as many days, as the franchise continues to build for the future, offloading expiring contracts for future assets. On Wednesday, Utah traded up-and-coming wing Simone Fontecchio to the Detroit Pistons for Kevin Knox, a 2024 second-round pick and the draft rights to wing Gabriele Procida.
As for the Raptors, time will tell whether the franchise, which currently sits well out of playoff contention, plans to keep Olynyk or offer him a contract buyout that would allow him to become a free agent immediately. Olynyk is set to become an unrestricted free agent at season’s end and would benefit a contender for the stretch run.
The 32-year-old Olynyk has played in 50 games this season for the Jazz, averaging 8.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and a career-high 4.4 assists per game on 56.2% shooting from the floor overall and 42.9% from three-point range.
