76ers News: Kings Coach Tips Hat to Tobias Harris Following Near Career-High

In this story:
On Friday night, the Philadelphia 76ers were back on their home floor, looking to get back in the win column. With multiple rotation players out due to injury, one player delivered in a huge way to help lead the charge.
The Sixers managed to take down the Sacramento Kings by a final score of 112-93. A major catalyst in the victory was Tobias Harris, who caught fire early and never looked back.
Harris ended up finishing the game with 37 points, seven rebounds, three assists, and three steals. This ended up being just shy of his career-high, which sits at 39. The veteran forward had multiple chances at the end but couldn't get a shot to fall before Nick Nurse pulled him and the rest of the starters.
After the loss, Kings coach Mike Brown was asked about the play of Harris. He had nothing but praise for him following an all-around strong outing.
"You got to give Philly credit. I thought Tobias Harris played a monster game for them. I know he had 37, on 14 -for- 25. Man, it seemed like he was 21-for-25," Brown said. "He somehow, someway missed– what is that, 11 shots? Yeah. But must give him credit. He was really really good for them tonight."
This performance from Harris was much needed as the Sixers were without a lot of their offensive firepower. Along with Joel Embiid being on the sidelines, Kelly Oubre was a late scratch due to toe soreness. Luckily for the Sixers, Harris and Tyrese Maxey (21 points, four assists) were able to put an end to the recent losing skid.
Since returning from the injury he suffered against the New York Knicks last week, Harris has played extremely well. Earlier this week, he notched 32 points and 10 rebounds in the Sixers' overtime matchup with the Atlanta Hawks.
