The Toronto Raptors are looking at a crowded injury report ahead of their Sunday night game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Once again, Toronto will roll without their starting guard, Immanuel Quickley. According to the team’s injury report, Quickley is out due to “return to competition reconditioning.”

Earlier this month, Quickley popped up on the team’s injury report due to a hip injury. At the time, he was reportedly dealing with a hip flexor strain. As a result, Quickley missed a matchup against the Denver Nuggets on March 11.

When the Raptors returned to the court two nights later to take on the Detroit Pistons, Quickley was cleared to return to action.

Over the next three games, Quickley picked up three starts and didn’t see any minutes restrictions as he averaged 34 minutes on the floor. However, Quickley was added to the injury report again on March 20, ahead of Toronto’s matchup against the Sacramento Kings. That time around, it was due to personal reasons.

His recent stretch of absences spanned five games following the Raptors’ 44-point loss against the New York Knicks a few nights ago. Unfortunately for Toronto, they won’t get Quickley as a reinforcement on Sunday against the Sixers.

While Quickley is a familiar opponent of Philly’s, he has yet to take on the Sixers as a member of the Raptors. During his past runs with the New York Knicks, Quickley faced the Sixers ten times. He averaged 11 points, two rebounds, and two assists during those outings.

On Sunday, Quickley joins a loaded Toronto injury report, which includes Ochai Agbaji, Scottie Barnes, Chris Boucher, DJ Carton, Mouhamadou Gueye, Jakob Poeltl, Jontay Porter, and RJ Barrett.
