Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is proving yet again how savvy he is off the court as he launched his latest business endeavor—a media company called Improbable Media. The 29-year-old has partnered with former NBA player turned media personality Jay Williams on this venture.

Hit the ground running

When he isn’t dominating NBA courts in Milwaukee, Sacramento, or wherever the Bucks are playing, the two-time MVP is keen on expanding his business portfolio. His latest venture is yet another example of his entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed.

“Proud to announce the launch of @ImprobableMedia with my family and our first feature-length production. It’s the true story about me and my family’s journey and I can’t wait to share it with you. Premieres February 19th on @PrimeVideo,” Giannis wrote, referring to their first project called “Giannis: The Marvelous Journey.”

Documentary about his early life

The documentary peels back the curtain on what Giannis’ life was like growing up and how his experiences led him to play basketball—the sport that would eventually change the rest of his life.

“It sets the tone for us,” Antetokounmpo shared in Sports Business Journal.

“It’s a very personal story that I am excited to share with the world. You’ll see me in everything Improbable does. And the Amazon documentary tells the story that is the foundation for all of this.”

The one-hour, 48-minute documentary will also feature footage of former Bucks coach and NBA legend Jason Kidd, Khris Middleton, Jrue Holiday, and assistant coach Vin Baker, to mention a few.
