The Chicago Bulls (25-28) seek to wash the taste of their bitter loss to the Orlando Magic last Saturday out of their mouths when they battle the Atlanta Hawks (24-29) on Monday at the State Farm Arena.

Get some momentum heading to the All-Star break

For the Bulls, the mission is simple: try to get closer to the .500 mark heading to the All-Star break this weekend. Chicago is coming off a painful 114-108 defeat in overtime to the Magic, a game they were so close to winning until they ran out of gas in the extra session.

With a game versus Atlanta and then the red-hot Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday, the Bulls need victories to gain momentum before the much-needed long break. In addition, the Bulls will try to replicate their effort from their first meeting against the Hawks this season, wherein they came away with a 118-113 win.

DeMar DeRozan scored 25 points, while Andre Drummond dominated with 24 points and 25 rebounds in that thrilling win.

Coby White and Alex Caruso are probable

Bulls guards Coby White and Alex Caruso are listed as probable to play despite dealing with minor injuries. Their presence will be important as Chicago takes on a Hawks squad that features the talented backcourt composed of All-Star Trae Young and Dejounte Murray.
