It was a quiet last week for the Chicago Bulls. Could the team’s brass be biding their time until next month’s NBA draft? Are they still taking stock of their assets before they make a move? We’ll never know for sure, but it certainly seems like the Bulls are in a stage of waiting and preparing. Until then, here are the stories you may have missed involving the Bulls from last week.

1) Some interesting trade ideas for the Chicago Bulls

In an offseason that can make or break the franchise moving forward, here are several trade ideas that could help the Bulls. These include trades for the Phoenix Suns’ center, Deandre Ayton, and a notable duo from the Memphis Grizzlies.

2) Alex Caruso says earning a spot on the All-Defense First Team is a "hell of an accomplishment"

Bulls defensive stud Alex Caruso talks about the honor of being named to the All-Defense First Team this past season. He discussed how it motivated him to work even harder and strive for continued success on that side of the ball.

3) Are the Chicago Bulls better off trading their current stars?

The Bulls’ “Big Three” was solid this past season, at best. That said, could the team be better off trading some of its current stars to shake up the roster and gain more assets? It’s certainly a possibility, as Chicago wasn’t able to make it to the postseason despite the stellar play of their veteran aces.

4) The story behind DeMar DeRozan's "Deebo" nickname

Here’s the tale of the origin of DeMar DeRozan’s famous nickname: “Deebo.” It was the result of a young DeRozan facing off against an older player, who, much like the movie character Deebo (portrayed by Tiny Lister in Friday), tried to bully him.

5) DeMar DeRozan says Bronny James' arrival at USC will bring the program to another level

USC alum DeMar DeRozan is excited over the arrival of Bronny James to campus. The All-Star believes Bronny's commitment will take the program to another level and serve as an inspiration for future generations of Trojans.
