Massive Damian Lillard and James Harden Trade Idea

In this story:
It has been widely reported that Damian Lillard wants the Miami Heat, and James Harden wants the LA Clippers. That said, neither the Portland Trail Blazers and Philadelphia 76ers seem too enthusiastic about the current trade packages being offered for their respective stars. Because of this, could a massive four-team trade make sense?
In a recent article, Greg Swartz of Bleacher Report outlined a hypothetical blockbuster trade with the LA Clippers, Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, and Portland Trail Blazers:
Miami Heat Receive: PG Damian Lillard, PF Marcus Morris Sr.
Los Angeles Clippers Receive: G James Harden, PF P.J. Tucker
Philadelphia 76ers Receive: G Tyler Herro, F Caleb Martin, F Robert Covington, 2028 and 2029 second-round picks (via Miami Heat)
Portland Trail Blazers Receive: 2027 and 2029 unprotected first-round picks (via Miami Heat), 2028 and 2030 unprotected first-round picks (via Los Angeles Clippers), PG Kyle Lowry, F Nic Batum, F Nikola Jović, PF Kobe Brown, SG Amir Coffey, PG Jason Preston
This hypothetical framework from Swartz lands Lillard and Harden at their preferred destinations, but would those returns be enough for Portland and Philadelphia? As of right now, it's clear the 76ers want a solid win-now package. For the Trail Blazers, they need pieces to bolster their rebuild effort. This trade would achieve both of these goals to an extent; however, both the Trail Blazers and 76ers seem willing to drag this process out as long as needed to get the return they deem optimal.
