Anthony Edwards' Status vs. Grizzlies Revealed

In this story:
The Memphis Grizzlies are set to face the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night, and they will have to deal with star guard Anthony Edwards. The Timberwolves have released their injury report for this game, and Edwards is not listed, meaning he will be available to play.
The Timberwolves have been one of the biggest surprises in the NBA this season, currently sitting atop the Western Conference at 16-4. Three games better than the second place Oklahoma City Thunder, the Timberwolves have won their last five games to create a bit of separation between themselves and the rest of the conference. At 16-4, Minnesota not only holds the best record in the Western Conference, but also the best record in basketball right now.
It has been a tough start to the season for Memphis, but they have been better as of late. Just four games back of a play-in spot, the Grizzlies certainly do not believe their season is over, especially with so many reinforcements on the way. The return of Ja Morant is growing near, and there are several other Grizzlies players who should be making returns from injuries soon as well. Whether or not this will be enough to get Memphis into the playoffs remains to be seen, but there is certainly reason to believe that the Grizzlies will not be this bad all season long.
This game against the Timberwolves will be a very tough one for Memphis to get, but it’s the type of game that if they come out on top, it will go a long way towards building some momentum in the right direction.
UPDATE: Anthony Edwards has suffered a right hip pointer injury during the game against the Memphis Grizzlies and will not return to the game.
Edwards (Right Hip Pointer) is OUT for the remainder of tonight's game. https://t.co/s0fW7piwVL
