Brooklyn Nets Feel They Are Still In "Training Camp" Entering Critical Game Against Miami Heat

In this story:
The Brooklyn Nets considers themselves a bit behind other teams.
They lost Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving last month at the trade deadline but surprised by league having success with their new roster. With the playoffs approaching, they are now experiencing the pains of a midseason overhaul.
The Nets have lost five straight entering Saturday's pivotal game against the Miami Heat.
"At the end of the day, we've been in every game," Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie said. "Obviously, you want results and we're trying to do this at an accelerated pace. We're basically in training camp for this group."
The Nets are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, collapsing in the stretch. They led by nine with three remaining only loss on Cavaliers guard Isaac Okoro's 3-pointer with 1.1 seconds left.
The loss dropped the Nets to a half game behind the Heat for the No. 6 spot in the Eastern Conference standings. Both teams are trying to avoid the play-in tournament.
"We just got to figure it out," Nets forward Mikal Bridges said. "I don't got the right answers. Maybe it's [watching] film or something. It's frustrating. We've got to keep the energy and morale high but it's devastating losing like that. Everybody is talking. We're all just trying to help each other."
