Miami Heat nemesis Scott Foster could play a role in determining who they play in the Eastern Conference finals.

Foster is officiating today's Game 7 between the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers. The winner faces the Heat in the next round.

Sixers guard James Harden is 1-14 in games officiated by Foster, so the Celtics could be the favorite. The Heat had lost 10 straight games in games refereed by Foster before winning Game 6 against the New York Knicks Friday.

The Sixers and Celtics tip-off at 3:30 p.m. today. Last year the Heat lost to the Celtics in Game 7 of the conference finals, with Jimmy Butler missing a 3-pointer late.

The No. 8 seed Heat have already knocked off the No. 1 Milwaukee Bucks and No. 4 Knicks in this postseason run.
