When you look at some of the best point guards in NBA history, chances are they've played for either the Brooklyn Nets or New Jersey Nets.

Those point guards happened to be part of some of the winningest Nets teams in franchise history.

5. Kenny Anderson

Kenny Anderson was selected No. 2 overall by the Nets in 1991.

He spent four-plus seasons with the Nets, making the All-Star team during the 1993-94 season.

4. Stephon Marbury

Stephon Marbury is one of the most talented players to ever put on a Nets uniform, but his individual stats never quite turned into team success, as New Jersey didn't make the playoffs once with the Coney Island native in the fold.

Marbury did make an All-NBA team during his time in the Meadowlands, as his slick crossover certainly brought a ton of ooos and ahhs to the swamps.

Deron Williams helped bring the Nets back to life with his deadly crossover and incredible playmaking skills.

Injuries limited D-Will's ceiling, but many Nets fans won't forget the excitement he brought back to the franchise when the team first moved to Brooklyn.

Kyrie Irving brought new life when he first signed with Brooklyn, inspiring hope that he could help his childhood favorite team win their first NBA championship alongside Kevin Durant.

However, injuries and other circumstances limited his time on the hardwood, but whenever he was on the court, he still provided a ton of excitement and wizardry with his dazzling ball-handling skills and gravity-defying finishes at the rim.

Irving joined an exclusive list of players who averaged at least 25 points per game on 50/40/90 shooting splits during the 2020-21 season, earning All-NBA honors.

Jason Kidd transformed the Nets from a laughingstock into a team that made the NBA Finals in back-to-back years.

J-Kidd boldly predicted that a Nets team that finished with 26 wins the year before would make the playoffs, but it didn't prove to be so bold once they got to the Finals.

Kidd elevated the play of each and every one of his teammates, especially his star companions.
