The Denver Nuggets will be on for their final matchup of the season against the Utah Jazz after taking care of business against them just two weeks ago, but they'll be dealing with a couple more absences in their lineup this time around, according to their recently released injury report.

Here's what to expect on the injury front for both the Nuggets and Jazz rolling into their matchup on Wednesday night:

Denver Nuggets Injury Report

PROBABLE - Aaron Gordon (calf)

OUT - Spencer Jones (hamstring)

OUT - Zeke Nnaji (hip)

The good news for the Nuggets is that they could be getting back their regular starting five with the return of Aaron Gordon from his calf injury, who was sidelined as a late-scratch in Denver's latest game against the Golden State Warriors, but is trending in the right direction to return just a couple of days later.

On the other hand, the Nuggets will also be without a couple of frontcourt depth pieces in Spencer Jones and Zeke Nnaji; both of whom got injured in that same game against the Warriors, and could be in to miss extended time moving forward.

At least as it pertains to Jones, the team labels his injury as a right hamstring strain, which could leave him sidelined for a multiple-game stretch, depending on just how severe the issue is.

Denver has already seen a couple of their key two-way wings like Gordon and Peyton Watson miss significant time earlier this season due to their own hamstring strains, and Jones might have just found himself as the next entry to that unfortunate trend.

More clarity will unravel on Watson in the coming days, but at least against the Jazz, he'll be getting a night off and will instead likely hand over those minutes in the second unit to guys like Julian Strawther and/or Jonas Valanciunas if David Adelman wants an extra dose of size.

Utah Jazz Injury Report

QUESTIONABLE - Elijah Harkless (hamstring)

OUT - Isaiah Collier (hamstring)

OUT - Keyonte George (hamstring)

OUT - Blake Hinson (2-way)

OUT - Jaren Jackson Jr. (knee)

OUT - Walker Kessler (shoulder)

OUT - Lauri Markkanen (hip)

OUT - Jusuf Nurkic (nose)

The Jazz's injury report won't look much different from what they rolled out earlier in March, as multiple of their starting pieces like Keyonte George, Lauri Markkanen, and Jaren Jackson Jr. remain out with their respective long-term injuries.

One name who was added to the mix of Jazz injuries, though, is two-way signing Elijah Harkless, who's been downgraded to questionable with a hamstring injury, and would thus leave Utah's backcourt even more beaten up than it was already shaping up to be.

Tip-off between the Jazz and Nuggets lands at 8 p.m. MT on Wednesday, where Denver will have a golden opportunity to extend their lengthy win streak to six straight, thus extending the second-longest win streak currently in the NBA, only behind the San Antonio Spurs and their nine consecutive wins.
