Suns Forward Mikal Bridges Breaks Down NBA Finals With JJ Redick

Bridges appeared on the Redick's podcast to breakdown the upcoming Finals matchup in depth.

JJ Redick has quickly asserted himself as one of the best basketball analysts in the country. After years of NBA experience, Redick made the transition to podcasting and has picked up work for ESPN, and his insight into the modern era of basketball has been well received by fans across the globe.

With the NBA Finals about to begin, the Golden State Warriors and Boston Celtics are set to collide after surviving the gauntlet of the postseason.

The series promises to be, at very worst, entertaining with stars sprinkled across the court on each team.

In terms of insight into what the matchup will look like, who better to analyze the teams that somebody who played against both squads this season? That was the logic Redick took, as Phoenix Suns forward Mikal Bridges joined "The Old Man & the Three" podcast to break down the two teams.

Bridges touched on Golden State's scoring prowess and Boston's defensive abilities when going back and forth with Redick, who added his own insight. Bridges obviously was able to speak more to his experience with the Warriors thanks to the Suns playing in the same division as them.

Towards the end of the conversation, the topic even shifted to Jimmy Butler and Miami's run in the playoffs, with Bridges stating he was a fan of Butler.

Redick said there's more to Bridges' interview, including a breakdown of what happened to Phoenix at the end of the season, which is set to be released soon.

For now, however, enjoy Bridges breaking down what should be a great NBA Finals matchup with one of the brightest minds in the basketball world:
