Betting Experts Love Mikal Bridges Props vs. Pacers

The Phoenix Suns could look to rely on Mikal Bridges tonight, and betting experts believe they'll do just that.

The Phoenix Suns hope to string together consecutive wins for the first time since Dec. 17-19 when the Indiana Pacers visit town on Saturday night, but it won't be easy.

Despite Indiana being on the second night of a back-to-back with a six-game losing streak to their name, the Suns will be without Cam Johnson (knee management) just one game after he made his return after missing the previous 37 contests with a torn meniscus.

Deandre Ayton is questionable with illness while the likes of Devin Booker and Chris Paul among others will be out again as well.

Tonight looks like it could be a great night for forward Mikal Bridges, and betting experts across the web believe he'll be key in helping the Suns reach the win column yet again:

Covers.com: Mikal Bridges Over 17.5 points (-113)

"Today, Bridges and the Suns host a Pacers team that is 24th in the league in scoring defense with 116.9 ppg allowed. They've been even worse lately, surrendering 130.5 ppg in their last four games.

"With so many Suns players sidelined, somebody needs to keep taking (and making) shots for Phoenix and I think Bridges will continue to be that guy."

Action Network: Mikal Bridges Over 4.5 Assists (+102)

"Despite a poor overall record, the Suns are 15-7 at home this season and are 5.5-point favorites against the Pacers who rank 23rd in Defensive Rating. The Pacers also like to play fast even when their star Tyrese Haliburton is not in the lineup. They rank fourth in Pace (102.01), entering tonight’s games.

"Our Prop Model has Bridges projected for 6.2 assists as he will have plenty of opportunities to get over this prop against a poor Pacers defense. The Pacers have allowed 116.9 points and 26.1 assists per game, which ranks as the fifth-highest in the league.

"Getting juice for this over prop on FanDuel provides a lot of value. Bridges is also playing 36.3 minutes per game, which ranks inside the Top 10 in the league. Endless opportunity for him to reach this over tonight."
