Chris Paul, NBA World Reacts to Texas Elementary School Shooting
Phoenix Suns guard Chris Paul was one of many NBA players, coaches and other figures to send their condolences to Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas after a mass shooting that saw 14 students and one teacher killed.
The NBA also released a statement following the shooting.
Among the most notable people within the basketball world to make their voice heard was Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr, who has been extremely outspoken on social matters. He offered these strong, emotional words in his press conference.
Kerr's full comments via NBA Associated Press writer Tim Reynolds:
The Warriors are slated to play the Dallas Mavericks tonight in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals.
