Jae Crowder Tweets After Suns Finally Trade Him

The Phoenix Suns have officially parted ways with Jae Crowder. He - per usual - expressed his views via Twitter.

The Phoenix Suns have been fairly active as the NBA trade deadline comes to a close.

In what is undoubtedly the biggest trade in franchise history, the Suns were able to pull off a move for Kevin Durant while also acquiring Oklahoma City forward Darius Bazley.

Of course, some major losses were felt in the last 24 hours. Dario Saric found himself and a second-round pick heading to the Thunder in exchange for Bazley while Jae Crowder, Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson and four first-round picks were acquired from the Brooklyn Nets.

Yet Crowder didn't stay for long, as Brooklyn reportedly dealt him to the Milwaukee Bucks earlier this morning.

Milwaukee was the only reported team to speak with Crowder after receiving permission from the Suns.

Crowder - who didn't play all season - tweeted the following after heading out of Phoenix for good:

Crowder and the team reached a mutual agreement on his absence prior to preseason after the Suns informed him that Johnson would be starting over him. Crowder, 32-years-old, also reportedly was in search of a contract extension.

A divorce was imminent for both the Suns and Crowder, and though he was a crucial part of recent success in the past two years, a breakup was best for everybody involved.
