The Phoenix Suns have seen plenty of movement on the roster in the last few months, though the roster construction might not be done.

According to Yahoo! NBA insider Jake Fischer, the Suns are targeting T.J. McConnell in recent trade talks with the Indiana Pacers:

"The Pacers have been mentioned in another possible trade discussion this week. Phoenix has continued to explore trade scenarios regarding reserve guard Cam Payne, league sources told Yahoo Sports, and Indiana point guard T.J. McConnell has been one player on the Suns’ radar," said Fischer.

"There was some talk around Summer League about a developing multi-team trade discussion. Maybe there’s some business to be done with the Knicks. Rival front offices continue to say New York remains engaged on trade avenues for veteran shooter Evan Fournier, and the Knicks are amenable to doing so as part of multi-team frameworks, sources said."

McConnell - 31-years-old - went undrafted in the 2015 NBA Draft and signed with the Philadelphia 76ers until 2019, where he joined the Indiana Pacers and has since played with the organization.

Last season, McConnell played in 75 games (starting 6) and averaged 8.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 5.3 assists on 54.3% shooting and 44.1% from three.

The Suns have certainly prioritized three-point shooting in their attempts to improve the roster. After their wave of free agency signings, Phoenix now has nine players that shoot over 35% from three.

This season, McConnell is set to make $8.7 million.
