Mavericks vs. Clippers Game 5 Takeaways
The Los Angeles Clippers got things back on track and beat the Dallas Mavericks soundly 154-111 in a pivotal Game 5 to take a 3-2 series lead.
This was a huge win by the Clippers as it was an all around team effort and a turnaround performance from a slumping Paul George. With a 43 point deficit, it was a backbreaking loss for the Mavericks. They had a hobbled Luka Doncic, Porzingis was scratch again, and Head Coach Rick Carlisle was ejected in the third quarter. What do the Mavericks need to do to get things back on track and avoid being sent home from the bubble?
