The Los Angeles Lakers and The Los Angeles Clippers both voted to sit out the rest of the NBA season on Wednesday night, According to Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix.

In a league-wide meeting involving every NBA player- the Lakers and Clippers were the only 2 teams to vote against continuing the NBA playoffs- following the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

During the discussions, LeBron James said he wants to see more action and involvement from ownership, he later walked out of the meeting with the rest of the Lakers and Clippers team following him.

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski is now reporting that "The Clippers and Lakers voting on perhaps not continuing with the season was considered more of a polling, than a final vote."
