Inside the Wizards staff gives you their predictions and analysis for the game against the Brooklyn Nets.

The Washington Wizards (2-6) travel to take on the Brooklyn Nets (4-5) at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Tip-off is at 3:00 PM EST.

Wizards will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing home loss to the Charlotte Hornets 124-117, where they lead for the majority of the game.

This is the first game in a two-game road trip for Washington as they have their first back-to-back this season.

The Wizards will be without guard Delon Wright as he suffered a knee injury in their last game.

Gage Sheets: Nets 127, Wizards 111 (Prediction Record 3-2)

It was a really disappointing loss against the Hornets at home but its the way that it happened that was really concerning. The Wizards got dominated on the boards and even though the Nets may not be scary, especially with Cam Thomas out, until this team starts rebounding it doesn't matter who they play, they're going to lose a lot more games then they'll win

Darrell Owens: Nets 109 Wizards 103 (Prediction Record 2-1)

The Washington Wizards (2-6) are facing the Brooklyn Nets (4-5) in their first game of a two-game road trip. This game will be the first of three matchups between Brooklyn and Washington this season. The Wizards lost Friday night against the Charlotte Hornets 124-117. Wizards gave one away to the Hornets after leading the majority of the game, and gave the lead away with five minutes to go to lose their 6th game of the year.

I have Brooklyn winning this one even without Cam Thomas and Ben Simmons. Watch out for Mikal Bridges I think he will have a big game. If the Wizards want to win this game they will need more from Kyle Kuzma and Jordan Poole.
