What Is The Wizards' Secret Masterplan?

In this story:
When one goes on an interview for a potential role with a new job or company, one question that may get asked is “What can you offer us as a company?” Another question many are asked is “Where do you see yourself in five years from now?” Or, an employer may ask something like “Why do you stand out from the rest of the candidates or even “Why should we hire you for our company?”
With the recent hires within the front office of this Wizards team, I’m almost certain that was asked to everyone who interviewed. However, for the ones that were actually hired, no doubt they had the right answers to those questions. No doubt, they told the employers things they wanted to hear but also was honest in their responses.
When making a big hire, companies are expecting things to change immediately. They go over masterplans of what should be done and what needs to be done. Michael Winger and Will Dawkins could very well have a trick up their sleeve. With the news coming out that Bradley Beal may get traded soon, many have to wonder what could the return be. In any transaction for an All Star, draft picks HAVE to be involved. While the Wizards already have the number eight pick in the draft, imagine what their fortunes could be if they were to acquire another lottery pick as early in the top five of the draft?
The future starts here. See Victor Wembanyama, Scoot Henderson and the next generation of stars begin their NBA journeys at the 2023 #NBADraft presented by State Farm on Thursday, June 22nd.

That will give the Wizards options. Do we stay with two top ten draft picks in this year’s NBA Draft, or should we make yet another deal to put the icing on the cake? What if the Washington Wizards have their eyes on Victor Wembamyama or Scoot Henderson? Surely, trading two top ten picks should get the deal done. Even if they have to add another player in the mix, it’s definitely worth looking into for those two prospects.
