Chicago Bears center Roberto Garza suffered a high ankle sprain in Sunday's loss to the Bills, according to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune.

Bears center Roberto Garza suffered a high ankle sprain in Sunday's loss to the Bills, according to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune.

Chicago head coach Marc Trestman declined to give an update on any injured players in Monday's press conference. 

Bears sign rookie safety Ahmad Dixon​

Garza is in his tenth season with the Bears. He started 133 of Chicago's 144 games over the previous nine seasons.

The Bears signed former Saints center Brian de la Puente in free agency to back up Garza. He injured his knee in training camp, but was available to replace Garza on Sunday.
