Marshawn Lynch after Super Bowl loss: 'Football is a team sport'
Marshawn Lynch spoke briefly about Seattle's final play call following the Seahawks' 28-24 loss to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLIX.
The game ended amid controversy. Instead of running the ball on second and one at the one-yard line, the Seahawks elected to pass.
The ball was intercepted by Patriots defensive back Malcolm Butler, effectively sealing the game. On the previous play, Lynch ran for four yards.
Less than an hour after the game, NFL.com reporter AditiKinkhabwala tweeted about an exchange with Lynch.
As he was leaving the stadium, Lynch declined to answer questions and pushed cameras away.

Lynch created headlines at Super Bowl media day when he responded to questions from reporters with some variation of "I'm here so I won't get fined."

In the loss, Lynch recorded a game-high 102 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries. According to reports, he headed to the locker room early and quickly left the stadium.
