First-round NFL draft picks signing tracker
The NFL draft is complete, and teams are starting to sign the players they selected in Chicago.
Former University of Florida safety Keanu Neal was the first 2016 first-round draft pick to agree to the terms of his contract. Neal was selected with the No. 17 pick by the Atlanta Falcons.
Ryan Kelly, a center out of Alabama, became the second first round pick to sign when he reached a contract agreement with the Indianapolis Colts on Wednesday. The Colts selected Kelly with the No. 18 pick.
