The Detroit Lions have signed wide receiver Andre Roberts and will host veteran Anquan Boldin for a visit on Monday, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Roberts, 28, spent the 2015 season with the Washington Redskins, recording 11 receptions for 135 yards. Roberts was drafted by the Cardinals in 2010, spending four seasons in Arizona. He posted his top season in 2012, hauling in 64 receptions for 759 yards and five touchdowns.

Boldin, 35, has been named to three Pro Bowls over his 13-year career. He played in 14 games for the San Francisco 49ers last season, leading the team with 789 receiving yards.

The Lions are looking to address a lack of depth at the receiver position after star Calvin Johnson retired and Lance Moore, who finished fifth on the team in receiving yards, was not re-signed.

The Lions went 7–9 last season, finishing third in the NFC North standings.
