NFL Fans Crushed the Giants After Their Embarrassing Scoreless Start to the Season

The Giants got off to a dreadful start to the 2023 NFL season, failing to score throughout their first six quarters of play.

After getting demolished by the Cowboys in Week 1, 40-0, New York was held scoreless in the first half against the Cardinals in Week 2. Arizona jumped out to a 20-0 lead at halftime of Sunday’s game, meaning the Giants had been outscored 60-0 through their first six quarters of the campaign.

Fortunately, Daniel Jones found the end zone early into the third quarter on a 14-yard run, giving New York its first score of the season after more than 91 minutes of game time.

Still, the NFL world had plenty of jokes for the Giants amid their abysmal start to the year, and fans on social media sounded off on the team’s offensive struggles.

As of halftime, the New York Giants have not scored in any of their 6 quarters this season, the longest scoreless quarter streak to start a season since the Patriots in 1992.
