Russell Wilson and the Broncos Lost in Heartbreaking Fashion After Scoring on Hail Mary TD Pass

In this story:
Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos struggled for most of the second half in their game with the Washington Commanders on Sunday.
But then, as time expired, it looked like they might luck their way into at least living to see overtime after Wilson’s Hail Mary heave bounced off a couple of sets of hands before being hauled in by Denver rookie wide receiver Brandon Johnson for a TD that made it a two-point game at 35-33.
The Broncos, however, then failed to convert on the two-point conversion and the game was over.
This unlikely touchdown was pretty cool, though. Check it out:

So close. What a brutal way to lose a game.
