Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy briefly exited Sunday’s game against the Packers during the second half after appearing to suffer an injury following a catch and run.

The 24-year-old was attended to by trainers after catching a pass along the sideline following a hit from Green Bay’s Carrington Valentine.

A replay of the incident shows Jeudy attempting to burst past Valentine, who tried to punch the ball loose and force a fumble. He mistimed things, however, and accidentally struck the wide receiver below the belt, hitting him square in the groin on what was a painful-looking play.

Jeudy ran out of bounds and slowly bent over to the ground after the play before Broncos trainers arrived.

The fourth-year pro was able to return to the game after a short spell on the sideline, but he was certainly shaken up by Valentine’s accidental shot to the groin.

Jeudy caught five receptions for 64 yards during Denver’s Week 7 win over the Packers, but was once again without a touchdown.

He's yet to find the end zone this season, marking 10 consecutive games without a touchdown for the former first-round pick. His last score came in Week 14 last season, when he had three touchdowns in a loss to the Chiefs
